Everything at Ladram Bay is close together. The beach, pool, takeaway and entertainment venues are all a short walk apart.
That means your teenagers can head out on their own, meet friends, grab food or spend time by the sea, without you constantly ferrying them around.

Teenager Friendly Activities
A happy teenager makes for a great holiday, filled with that grown-up connection you only get when they become more independent. Ladram Bay offers a range of teenager-friendly activities they can do alone, with friends and siblings, or with you.
The private pebble beach is a huge part of the appeal for families with teenagers. Older children can go paddleboarding. kayaking, skim stones, or sit with friends watching the waves roll in. Paddleboard and kayak hire is available right on the beach at the Beach Shack, where you can also top up on snacks, drinks or have lunch.
Luxury Accommodation
Teenagers notice where they’re staying. Our Luxury Lodges with hot tubs are a big hit with families who have older kids. They’re spacious, modern and designed for comfort. Hot tubs make evenings quieter, calmer and far more appealing for everyone.
For something a bit different, Safari Tents and Otter Pods offer a glamping-style stay.
Evening Entertainment
Not everything at Ladram Bay is aimed at young families; we host a wide variety of evening entertainment.

If you are bringing your dog, older children can try out the dog agility park and get stuck into something new. The South West Coastal Path also runs through Ladram Bay, allowing you and your teenagers easy access to safe, mapped-out walks along the coastline, with endless Instagram-worthy views.

Ladram is such a wonderful, family-friendly, safe, and welcoming park. We have visited before, and we are always delighted with how clean the facilities are and how welcoming ALL the staff are. Everyone from the gate staff, shop staff, and entertainment staff couldn't be more helpful. The pool is great for kids and is always clean and warm. The play areas, including mini golf and play park, are well maintained, and as a family, we spent ages in this area.

One of our favourite places is the beach and the beach shack right on the beach. It is a beautiful view from the park and the beach, and it is so nice that you can buy drinks, food, and hire boards from the shack. There was plenty to do in the park, and we were impressed by how well-stocked the shop on site is. We didn't want to leave, and we hope to be back soon!!

It was our first time at Ladram Bay. We’ve heard so many great things, and it did not disappoint. We upgraded our caravan to a bay view, and this was amazing. The staff are amazing, welcoming, and friendly. The swimming pool was really good, we were there for a long weekend and used the pool twice (the children loved it).

Fantastic holiday, so much to see and do. I have been coming to Ladram for over 40 years and it never disappoints. Beautiful beach lovely location. Great entertainment and amazing fish and chips. If you visit once you will want to come again.

The drive over the top is breath taking seeing the sea as you come past the Ladram Bay park sign and driving down to the main gate. Absolutely perfect location, brilliant friendly staff and absolutely great for value! The photos and views you can get from right in your van or lodge is insane. Even more so from the private beach only a minute or so walk away!
