“Ladram Bay is the perfect resort for an autumn break. It is located in a beautiful area for visiting all the coastal beaches. Its own beach is in a sheltered cove with refreshments, and boat/kayak hire. The facilities are first class and the pool is one of the best we have ever visited . We have taken holidays there at all times of the year, but as we are of the older generation we prefer the quieter times such as the autumn.”

There’s no shortage of ways to fill an autumn day.
Perhaps you’ll begin with a walk along our private beach, where rock pools reveal new discoveries with every low tide. Or maybe you’ll head out to explore the South West Coast Path, taking in sweeping sea views and dramatic cliffs dressed in autumn colours.
Back at the park, the fun continues whatever the weather. Splash around in our indoor swimming pool, get creative in the Arts Studio, or spend an afternoon in our adventure golf course and amusement arcade. As the evenings draw in, our entertainment programme brings everyone together with family-friendly shows, games and activities.
A place to slow down
Some of the best holiday moments happen when nothing’s planned.
“Visited this site in our campervan for an autumn break. The location is perfect for walking, being right on the coastal path and near a network of inland paths. The village of Otterton is a short walk away and has a pub, community shop and mill serving coffees and food. There are regular bus services from Otterton to Exmouth, Sidmouth and points in-between. (with appropriate COVID-19 measures) even though we were visiting off-peak. There is a shop, restaurant and takeaway on site which we used plus swimming pool and other leisure facilities if you want them.”

Ladram is such a wonderful, family-friendly, safe, and welcoming park. We have visited before, and we are always delighted with how clean the facilities are and how welcoming ALL the staff are. Everyone from the gate staff, shop staff, and entertainment staff couldn't be more helpful. The pool is great for kids and is always clean and warm. The play areas, including mini golf and play park, are well maintained, and as a family, we spent ages in this area.

One of our favourite places is the beach and the beach shack right on the beach. It is a beautiful view from the park and the beach, and it is so nice that you can buy drinks, food, and hire boards from the shack. There was plenty to do in the park, and we were impressed by how well-stocked the shop on site is. We didn't want to leave, and we hope to be back soon!!

It was our first time at Ladram Bay. We’ve heard so many great things, and it did not disappoint. We upgraded our caravan to a bay view, and this was amazing. The staff are amazing, welcoming, and friendly. The swimming pool was really good, we were there for a long weekend and used the pool twice (the children loved it).

Fantastic holiday, so much to see and do. I have been coming to Ladram for over 40 years and it never disappoints. Beautiful beach lovely location. Great entertainment and amazing fish and chips. If you visit once you will want to come again.

The drive over the top is breath taking seeing the sea as you come past the Ladram Bay park sign and driving down to the main gate. Absolutely perfect location, brilliant friendly staff and absolutely great for value! The photos and views you can get from right in your van or lodge is insane. Even more so from the private beach only a minute or so walk away!
