Swimming Pool
Whether you’re a fun-seeking family or a couple coming to the pool for a calming soak, you’ll find our indoor heated swimming pool has it all
Children's Pool
Play with your kids in the interactive children’s play area, where there’s a slide, fountains and plenty more to occupy little ones. The Lifeguards are always present to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
Gym
You can work out on a treadmill or cross trainer, or cycle your way to fitness on our exercise bike. There are free weights and an area for core workout, plus panoramic views over the bay.
Leisure Lounge
Whether you're grabbing a coffee whilst watching the little ones play or wanting a much-needed snack after a good swim, the Leisure Lounge has a selection of drinks and treats for all appetites!
Sauna, Steam Room and Bubble Pool
Take a minute to unwind in our sauna and steam room or enjoy the bubble pool situated in the main swimming pool.
Jurassic Adventure Golf
Put your putting skills to the test on our challenging Jurassic Adventure Golf Course. You can work on your swing while being watched by the fantastic dinosaur recreations that adorn the course.

Ladram is such a wonderful, family-friendly, safe, and welcoming park. We have visited before, and we are always delighted with how clean the facilities are and how welcoming ALL the staff are. Everyone from the gate staff, shop staff, and entertainment staff couldn't be more helpful. The pool is great for kids and is always clean and warm. The play areas, including mini golf and play park, are well maintained, and as a family, we spent ages in this area.

One of our favourite places is the beach and the beach shack right on the beach. It is a beautiful view from the park and the beach, and it is so nice that you can buy drinks, food, and hire boards from the shack. There was plenty to do in the park, and we were impressed by how well-stocked the shop on site is. We didn't want to leave, and we hope to be back soon!!

It was our first time at Ladram Bay. We’ve heard so many great things, and it did not disappoint. We upgraded our caravan to a bay view, and this was amazing. The staff are amazing, welcoming, and friendly. The swimming pool was really good, we were there for a long weekend and used the pool twice (the children loved it).

Fantastic holiday, so much to see and do. I have been coming to Ladram for over 40 years and it never disappoints. Beautiful beach lovely location. Great entertainment and amazing fish and chips. If you visit once you will want to come again.

The drive over the top is breath taking seeing the sea as you come past the Ladram Bay park sign and driving down to the main gate. Absolutely perfect location, brilliant friendly staff and absolutely great for value! The photos and views you can get from right in your van or lodge is insane. Even more so from the private beach only a minute or so walk away!
