Getting to Ladram Bay is straightforward. The Holiday Park is well signposted and sits only a short & picturesque drive from the M5.

  • Leave the M5 at Exeter Services (Junction 30) and take the A3052 signposted to Sidmouth
  • At Newton Poppleford take the B3178 towards Budleigh Salterton, driving through Colaton Raleigh
  • One mile after Colaton Raleigh, turn left at the brick monument that’s signposted ‘Otterton and Ladram Bay’
  • Please note that the roads narrow towards the beautiful village of Otterton. We ask that your drive slowly and responsibly through the village, respecting the residents, continuing to follow the signs to Ladram Bay.

If you are a touring guest please follow the directions above as the Sat Nav might take you down the smaller Devon lanes.

Just returned from Ladram Bay, think it’s the cleanest most well-kept site we have ever been to, a credit to all the staff that work there, Ryan in entertainment is amazing with the kids, the staff in restaurant are helpful friendly & nothing is too much trouble.

“The staff here are the best we have ever encountered at a holiday park. The pool is amazing and lovely and warm and the children’s entertainment was the best we have experienced. Thank you Ladram Bay.

The drive over the top is breath taking seeing the sea as you come past the Ladram Bay park sign and driving down to the main gate. Absolutely perfect location, brilliant friendly staff and absolutely great for value! The photos and views you can get from right in your van or lodge is insane. Even more so from the private beach only a minute or so walk away!

It was our first visit here and it did not disappoint. Lovely accommodation. Beautiful setting and views, adventure playground and soft play for our 3 year old.

Didn't leave the site much as so much to do. Kids loved the pool, splash park, park, crazy golf, soft play and the beach.
