Ladram Bay is an excellent resort with different types of accommodation. We stayed in the spacious Dolphin Lodge, and we found the lodge to be very clean. The onsite facilities are excellent, particularly the swimming pool. All the staff we met in reception and restaurant were friendly, but what stood out for me was the professionalism of the pool attendants. The entertainment team was enthusiastic so my Grandchildren have given 10 out of 10 to Ladram Bay!

Having booked a sea view lodge, I was not anticipating how beautiful the view would be. The accommodation was absolutely stunning (cleaned with an inch of its life)! I can’t praise Aimee and the team for their hospitality and attention to detail! A perfect weekend stay, with plenty for the children to do too. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Just got back from a fantastic week away at Ladram Bay! It was our first time here. Myself and my children loved it! We stayed in Pebbles Lodge, which was immaculately clean. The hot tub was lovely and checked daily, and the sea views were lovely. All staff around the holiday park were extremely helpful and friendly.

We stayed in Dolphin Lodge with a hot tub over the Easter weekend and had a wonderful time! The Lodge was spotless and had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing break. The beach was beautiful, and the shop on site was great. We used the fish and chip shop for a takeaway, which was really tasty! The site is so clean and tidy, and all the staff were so lovely and friendly! We are so impressed after our weekend away that we’re looking at booking up for a couple more times this year! Thank you to everyone at Ladram Bay for giving us a fabulous, relaxing weekend by the sea.

When booking, a deposit of £100 per holiday home per week or short break, £50 per week per touring caravan/tent, £75 per break per Glamping Pod is required. This deposit is non-refundable.
Do you accept group bookings?
We welcome many different group bookings from sports tours to family groups. Unfortunately, as we are a family holiday park we do not accept stag or hen parties.
Are there any age restrictions?
Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to hire any holiday homes. We do not accept groups of unaccompanied teenagers.
Persons under the age of 25, other than families, will be required to pay a deposit. This will be refundable, dependent on the condition of the holiday home on departure and general behaviour during the stay.
Ladram is such a wonderful, family-friendly, safe, and welcoming park. We have visited before, and we are always delighted with how clean the facilities are and how welcoming ALL the staff are. Everyone from the gate staff, shop staff, and entertainment staff couldn't be more helpful. The pool is great for kids and is always clean and warm. The play areas, including mini golf and play park, are well maintained, and as a family, we spent ages in this area.

One of our favourite places is the beach and the beach shack right on the beach. It is a beautiful view from the park and the beach, and it is so nice that you can buy drinks, food, and hire boards from the shack. There was plenty to do in the park, and we were impressed by how well-stocked the shop on site is. We didn't want to leave, and we hope to be back soon!!

It was our first time at Ladram Bay. We’ve heard so many great things, and it did not disappoint. We upgraded our caravan to a bay view, and this was amazing. The staff are amazing, welcoming, and friendly. The swimming pool was really good, we were there for a long weekend and used the pool twice (the children loved it).

Fantastic holiday, so much to see and do. I have been coming to Ladram for over 40 years and it never disappoints. Beautiful beach lovely location. Great entertainment and amazing fish and chips. If you visit once you will want to come again.

The drive over the top is breath taking seeing the sea as you come past the Ladram Bay park sign and driving down to the main gate. Absolutely perfect location, brilliant friendly staff and absolutely great for value! The photos and views you can get from right in your van or lodge is insane. Even more so from the private beach only a minute or so walk away!
