On-site Facilities

Couldn’t recommend this place for a caravan holiday enough. The views are beautiful, and the beach is on your doorstep. What a beach it is too ! Private section of beach for the site, you can hire boats if you wish. There is a little cafe there also which sells very nice ice cream.

The beach and all the facilities are incredible. We loved the paddle boarding and then being able to pop up to Pebbles for lunch 👌 we’ll be back for sure!

We used the site as a base to explore the surrounding Devon and Dorset areas and on quieter days stayed at the pebble beach and hired kayaks. It's a lovely spot with some nice walks to places such as Sidmouth. We would certainly recommend Ladram Bay and would visit again.

Beautiful location, the beach with rock pools were great for the kids.

Location is perfect and facilities on the park are excellent. Didn't leave the site much as so much to do! Kids loved the pool, splash park, park, crazy golf, soft play and the beach.

The new addition of the outdoor play area is incredible.
