Our ‘Premium’ pitches on the Ridges are situated in a prime location, providing some breath-taking views of either the Devon countryside or the sea. The Ridges are laid out in tiers, with tarmac road access and hard standing pitches. These provide plenty of room for your awning.
On Arrival
Please be aware that all touring caravans must be sited with the tow bar facing the inward road due to fire regulations.
Please note all touring caravans must arrive before dusk due to the health and safety of accessing the pitches.

Just got back from a Monday - Friday holiday with friends here and it was incredible! We had the diamond 3 and with a great view from the hot tub. The site was nice, food was lovely, the shop had everything you need and wasn’t expensive at all and the entertainment was the highlight of the week. We Can’t wait to come back!

I don't think I can find any faults for this park. We stayed in an Otterton premier 3 about 4 rows back from the sea front. So we had partial sea views, it had 3 bedrooms , it was modern , it was clean, the beds were comfortable.

Can I reserve a specific unit?
At a cost of £25 per holiday home or £20 for a Touring/camping pitch you can reserve specific pitches or holiday homes. For group bookings, the charge will be £20 per unit booked for holiday homes and £15 per pitch for Touring/Camping pitches. If you have particular requirements or would like two or more pitches/units together, we strongly recommend this option to ensure your group isn’t separated.
Do you offer Cancellation Cover?
When you’re looking forward to your holiday, the last thing you want to think about is cancelling because something has happened preventing your travel. For your peace of mind, we offer a refund guarantee to cover your holiday home or pitch booking.
Cover costs just £2 per night Touring/Camping, £3 per night Holiday Homes (Excluding Look Out, Ladram Diamonds & Lodges), £4 per night All Lodges, Ladram Diamonds and The Look Out.
It must be selected and paid for at the time of booking and paid for along with your holiday deposit. Unless refund guarantee is purchased, Ladram Bay regrets that refunds cannot be made under any circumstances.

What time do we have to check out?
All touring pitches must be vacated by 9.45 am on the day of departure, but you may use the Park’s facilities for the remainder of the day.
Just returned from Ladram Bay, think it’s the cleanest most well-kept site we have ever been to, a credit to all the staff that work there, Ryan in entertainment is amazing with the kids, the staff in restaurant are helpful friendly & nothing is too much trouble.

The drive over the top is breath taking seeing the sea as you come past the Ladram Bay park sign and driving down to the main gate. Absolutely perfect location, brilliant friendly staff and absolutely great for value! The photos and views you can get from right in your van or lodge is insane. Even more so from the private beach only a minute or so walk away!
