With our extensive range of modern, comfortable holiday homes, nestled within a stunning stretch of Devon coastline, we aim to meet everyone’s requirements as well as suiting all budgets. We have two and three bedroom models – all centrally located – which can accommodate up to six or eight guests. Whichever option you choose, you won’t be far from the amenities, attractions and our private beach, not to mention all the activities you can enjoy in this lovely part of Devon.

Just returned from Ladram Bay, think it’s the cleanest most well-kept site we have ever been to, a credit to all the staff that work there, Ryan in entertainment is amazing with the kids, the staff in restaurant are helpful friendly & nothing is too much trouble.

The drive over the top is breath taking seeing the sea as you come past the Ladram Bay park sign and driving down to the main gate. Absolutely perfect location, brilliant friendly staff and absolutely great for value! The photos and views you can get from right in your van or lodge is insane. Even more so from the private beach only a minute or so walk away!
