Little in life can beat sitting on your own side decking area, sipping a cold drink on a warm evening. Note that we say ‘little’ rather than ‘nothing’ can beat it, because guests in our Diamond Holiday Homes have an even more enticing option: a dip in their own private hot tub. You can also make that ‘cold drink’ a glass of wine – a complimentary bottle will be waiting for you.
After filling your days and nights with fun at the beach, swimming in the pool or enjoying some free evening entertainment, you might like the idea of heading back to base for some downtime. In your Holiday Home, you can catch your favourite programmes on the Freeview TV, or simply sit back on the comfortable sofa and take in the view.
On cooler days and chilly evenings, these double-glazed and centrally heated homes will keep you warm and cosy, making them a good option for early or late holidays too.
Gas, electricity and water are all included.

Just got back from a Monday - Friday holiday with friends here and it was incredible! We had the diamond 3 and with a great view from the hot tub. The site was nice, food was lovely, the shop had everything you need and wasn’t expensive at all and the entertainment was the highlight of the week. We Can’t wait to come back!

I don't think I can find any faults for this park. We stayed in an Otterton premier 3 about 4 rows back from the sea front. So we had partial sea views, it had 3 bedrooms , it was modern , it was clean, the beds were comfortable.

The staff can’t do enough to help you, the accommodation is really good, everywhere is really clean, the restaurants and entertainment are fab and the facilities…well our 3 year old didn’t want to come home!!

First time to Ladram Bay, and enjoyed our time so much, we didn’t leave the site all week. We stayed in a front row holiday home, which was worth it for the uninterrupted views of the sea, as well as being short walk to the beach, entertainment, pool and other activities
You can pay online or over the telephone by calling the number above. We can accept credit and debit card payments.
When booking, a deposit of £100 per holiday home per week or short break, £50 per week per touring caravan/tent, £75 per break per Glamping Pod is required. This deposit is non-refundable.
Balances of all holidays are to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, via the telephone or online. Non-payment may lead to the booking being cancelled. Please note that we do not send reminders.
Do you accept group bookings?
We welcome many different group bookings from sports tours to family groups. Unfortunately, as we are a family holiday park we do not accept stag or hen parties.
Are there any age restrictions?
Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to hire any holiday homes. We do not accept groups of unaccompanied teenagers.
Persons under the age of 25, other than families, will be required to pay a deposit. This will be refundable, dependent on the condition of the holiday home on departure and general behaviour during the stay.
Ladram is such a wonderful, family-friendly, safe, and welcoming park. We have visited before, and we are always delighted with how clean the facilities are and how welcoming ALL the staff are. Everyone from the gate staff, shop staff, and entertainment staff couldn't be more helpful. The pool is great for kids and is always clean and warm. The play areas, including mini golf and play park, are well maintained, and as a family, we spent ages in this area.

One of our favourite places is the beach and the beach shack right on the beach. It is a beautiful view from the park and the beach, and it is so nice that you can buy drinks, food, and hire boards from the shack. There was plenty to do in the park, and we were impressed by how well-stocked the shop on site is. We didn't want to leave, and we hope to be back soon!!

It was our first time at Ladram Bay. We’ve heard so many great things, and it did not disappoint. We upgraded our caravan to a bay view, and this was amazing. The staff are amazing, welcoming, and friendly. The swimming pool was really good, we were there for a long weekend and used the pool twice (the children loved it).

The drive over the top is breath taking seeing the sea as you come past the Ladram Bay park sign and driving down to the main gate. Absolutely perfect location, brilliant friendly staff and absolutely great for value! The photos and views you can get from right in your van or lodge is insane. Even more so from the private beach only a minute or so walk away!
