What is included with a Ladram Bay seasonal pitch?
Our fully serviced pitches provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.
All pitches are hard-standing and fully serviced with electricity*, water and grey waste disposal (chemical waste can be disposed of at a central point). Plus, each pitch offers stunning views of the beautiful Jurassic Coast, making every stay feel like a holiday.
*Electricity is charged at a separate rate.
How much does a seasonal pitch cost for 2026?
Seasonal pitch fees in 2026 will be £5300.
A £200 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your seasonal pitch at the time of booking. The full balance cleared by 1st February 2026.
What facilities can I use of the Ladram Bay site?
At Ladram Bay, you’ll have access to 5-star facilities, including our indoor pool, private beach, and dining options, plus the evening entertainment schedule.
All on-site facilities are included except for the Swimming Pool/Steam Room/Sauna/Jacuzzi/Splash Zone/Gym and other bookable activities.
You can purchase an unlimited seasonal swimming pass, valid 13th March 2026 - 8th November 2026, at a discounted rate of £90 per person. Maximum of 6 passes per pitch.
Is there electricity hook-up for seasonal pitches?
To promote environmental friendliness, any electricity used will be charged at 17p per unit (subject to confirmation).
What are the dates for seasonal pitches?
Our season runs from 6th March 2026 - 9th November 2026.
Please note all touring caravans and motorhomes need to be off the park by Monday 9th November. We aim to offer winter storage at our sister park Castle Brake Holiday Park.
Can I use an awning on my seasonal pitch?
Awnings can be left up on the pitch but please be aware that they are left at your own risk.
Are dogs allowed at Ladram Bay?
A maximum of three dogs per pitch are welcome but they must be kept on a lead. Please note dogs are not allowed on the beach.
What are the seasonal pitch sizes at Ladram Bay?
Our pitches are allocated by size of tourer/motorhome. Please ensure you know the size pre-enquiry.

Ladram is such a wonderful, family-friendly, safe, and welcoming park. We have visited before, and we are always delighted with how clean the facilities are and how welcoming ALL the staff are. Everyone from the gate staff, shop staff, and entertainment staff couldn't be more helpful. The pool is great for kids and is always clean and warm. The play areas, including mini golf and play park, are well maintained, and as a family, we spent ages in this area.

One of our favourite places is the beach and the beach shack right on the beach. It is a beautiful view from the park and the beach, and it is so nice that you can buy drinks, food, and hire boards from the shack. There was plenty to do in the park, and we were impressed by how well-stocked the shop on site is. We didn't want to leave, and we hope to be back soon!!

It was our first time at Ladram Bay. We’ve heard so many great things, and it did not disappoint. We upgraded our caravan to a bay view, and this was amazing. The staff are amazing, welcoming, and friendly. The swimming pool was really good, we were there for a long weekend and used the pool twice (the children loved it).

The drive over the top is breath taking seeing the sea as you come past the Ladram Bay park sign and driving down to the main gate. Absolutely perfect location, brilliant friendly staff and absolutely great for value! The photos and views you can get from right in your van or lodge is insane. Even more so from the private beach only a minute or so walk away!
