• Managed Sublet Scheme - As an owner, you can offset your running costs by letting your holiday home during the season.
• Pool passes – Receive 8 passes per holiday home.
• Car Park Passes – Receive two owners and two visitor passes.
• Pet Friendly – You are welcome to bring your pets on holiday with you. Please be advised that while dogs are welcome on the slipway, beach shack decking and pebbles balcony, they are not permitted on the beach.

What is onsite at Ladram Bay?

Private pebble beach

Access Ladram Bay's private beach via the slipway, through the dramatic cliff-line.

• Watersports hire - From the Beach Shack you can hire water sports equipment to go out and explore the crystal blue waters of Ladram Bay. We have a range of Kayaks, paddleboards and boats.
• Fishing - Ladram’s private secluded cove is the perfect place for a spot of fishing. Choose between rod fishing from the shore or hiring a boat from the Beach Shack. The attendant will tell you where the fish are biting.
• Rock Pooling - Right at the end of the beach, there are fantastic rock pools. Nets and buckets are available from the Beach Shack, ready for hours of adventures.
• Boat hire - Why not hire a boat from the Beach Shack at the bottom of the slipway? You can explore everything Ladram Bay has to offer and more.

 

Ladram Leisure & Swimming Pool

• Indoor heated pools - Space to swim lengths and join fitness classes, plus family fun with slides and fountains in the small pool area.
• Sauna, Steam room and Bubble pool - Take time to unwind and relax.
• Outdoor splash zone - Outside the Leisure Complex, find the ocean-themed activity zone with fun interactive water features, spray guns and pirate ships.
• Gym - Book onto instructor-led sessions or work out in your own time. We have a range of equipment and free weights.
• Art Studio - Join some of the owner's exclusive classes or book in with family and friends for crafts and pottery painting.
• Jurassic adventure golf - Easy, family-fun to enjoy when the sun's out.
• Adventure playground - Our outdoor playground features a multi-level adventure frame with slides, wobbly bridges, tunnels, and obstacle course elements.
• Arcade - Find a selection of multi-player games, including pool tables, air hockey and basketball hoops, and classic 2p machines.
• Soft play - Our soft play area is full of fun and adventure for little ones.

• Cabaret and team shows - The Ladram Bay Stars take to the stage to perform in-house productions or solo cabaret spots, with vocal harmonies and energetic choreography.

• Kid’s sessions and activities - Join the Ladram Bay Stars every day in Waves Bar (downstairs of The Three Rocks) for a different fun-packed themed activity.

Exploring the area around Ladram Bay

Out and about

Tucked away but not out of reach, we’re a short drive from the M5 and a stone’s throw from local seaside towns, family attractions and daytrip destinations.

• Otterton (0.8 miles) – Feel at home in the local village as you visit the Kings Arms Pub, Otterton Mill, community shop, and the River Otter walks.
• Budleigh Salterton (3.5 miles) – Peaceful beach, Lower Otter Restoration Project, shops, pub, restaurants, and Post Office
• Sidmouth (2.5 miles) – Promenade, beach, country walks, independent shops, bars and restaurants. Discover Sidmouth Folk Festival and Air Show.
• Exmouth (7 miles) – A lively town boasting a diverse selection of shops, bars and restaurants, sandy dog-friendly beach, water sports, and Exe Estuary cycle path.
