Exclusive Owners’ Benefits

• Owners events Loyalty card - Receive 5 points for every £1 spent. Points can be spent on food and drink in Pebbles Restaurant and Waves Bar. Simply fill in a form at Reception, providing a valid email address and mobile number. Once card per holiday home.

• Managed sublet option
• Pool passes – Receive 8 passes per Holiday Home. We will require a passport sized photograph with the name for each pass. Please submit to Reception and allow 24 hours for these to be prepared*. Please note pool passes cannot be shared or copied.
• Car Park Passes – Receive two owners and two visitors passes. These must be signed for at Reception by the Holiday Home owner.
• Pet Friendly – You are welcome to bring your pets on holiday with you. Please be advised that while dogs are welcome on the slipway, beach shack decking and pebbles balcony, they are not permitted on the beach. We reserve the right to refuse entry to breeds listed on The Dangerous Dog Act or any other dog showing aggressive tendencies.

Private sand-washed pebble beach

• Watersports hire - From the Beach Shack you can hire a water sports equipment to go out and explore the crystal blue waters of Ladram Bay. Kayak, paddle, swim or splash around in our naturally sheltered bay.
• Fishing - Ladram’s private secluded cove is the perfect place for a spot of fishing. Choose between rod fishing from the shore or hiring a boat from the Beach Shack. The attendant will tell you where the fish are biting.
• Rock Pooling - Right at the end of the beach we have some fantastic rock pools, full of interest – especially for youngsters. Armed with the nets and buckets available from the Beach Shack, your kids will entertain themselves for hours.
• Boat hire - Why not hire a boat from the Beach Shack at the bottom of the slipway? You can explore everything Ladram Bay has to offer and more. By boat you can get right up close to the beautiful, natural sandstone stacks.

Ladram Leisure & Swimming Pool

• Indoor heated pools - Whether you’re a fun-seeking family or a couple coming to the pool for a calming soak, you’ll find our indoor heated swimming pool has it all.
• Outdoor splash zone - Get ready for all round family fun in our Outdoor Splash Area. Outside the Leisure Complex, find the ocean-themed activity zone with fun interactive water features, spray guns and pirate ships. Suitable for all ages and free to use!
• Sauna & steam room - Take a minute to unwind in our sauna, steam room or bubble pool. When the summer heat arrives, why not take a seat on one of the sun loungers on the outdoor terrace.
• Gym - You can work out on a treadmill or cross trainer, or cycle your way to fitness on our exercise bike. With free weights and an area for core workouts, the gym has everything you need to keep toned and trim.
• Climbing wall - Designed specifically for the park, our indoor climbing wall is located in the Three Rocks Complex and provides exhilarating fun for all abilities. At a height of 5.8m, the wall offers 14 different climbing routes across 83 square metres.
• Jurassic adventure golf - Put your putting skills to the test on our challenging Jurassic Adventure Golf Course. You can work on your swing while being watched by the dinosaur recreations that adorn the course.
• Adventure playground - Our outdoor playground features a multi-level adventure frame with slides, wobbly bridges, tunnels, and obstacle course elements. There is also a toddler’s area with a smaller climbing frame perfect for the little ones with a set of swings for both children and toddlers.
• Arcade - Ahoy there! Everyone will find something entertaining in our amusements arcade! Find a selection of multi-player games including pool tables, air hockey and basketball hoops, or spend time playing on the 2p machines and cranes.

• Pebbles Restaurant - Dine in style with incredible food and beautiful views from Pebbles Restaurant. Our talented team of chefs work their hardest to craft a menu that caters to everyone’s tastes.
• Coast Takeaway & Diner - For a delicious, traditional fish and chips, Coast Takeaway is a must-visit on your holiday. Our fish is sustainably sourced and prepared on park, to ensure the freshest quality every day.
• The Beach Shack - Get your beach fix first thing by grabbing a breakfast box or bap from the Shack. If you’re not a morning person, you can always enjoy a tasty baguette, pastie, or an ice-cream.
• Waves Bar - Indulge in our large selection of draught, seasonal cocktails and snack on our delicious bar treats. Housing all of our live entertainment as well as kid’s daytime activities, a night in Waves Bar certainly doesn’t disappoint!
• Leisure Cafe - Whether you're grabbing a coffee whilst watching the little ones play of wanting a much-needed snack after a good swim, the Leisure Lounge has a selection of drinks and treats for you.

• Cabaret and team shows - The Ladram Bay Stars take to the stage to perform in-house productions or solo cabaret spots, with vocal harmonies and energetic choreography.

• Kid’s sessions and activities - Join the Ladram Bay Stars every day in Waves Bar (downstairs of The Three Rocks) for a different fun-packed themed activity, from arts and crafts to sensory play, from making your own teddy bears to enjoying one of our chocolate parties!

Amenities

• Ladram stores - Our supermarket and giftshop stocks everything you’ll need when holidaying with us! From your breakfast essentials to dinner ingredients, warm pasties and freshly made sandwiches, we won’t let you go hungry.
• Launderette - The park has two on-site launderettes. One is centrally located, and you’ll find the other in the Ridges shower block. Both are equipped with washing machines, dryers, steam irons and ironing boards. All machine accept coin and card payments.

• Otterton (0.8 miles) – Feel at home in the local village as you visit the Kings Arms Pub, Otterton Mill, community shop, and the River Otter walks.
